Pretty Little Purse

Oh Mocha Morning Specialty Paper, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways!
We made this pretty little purse at our monthly Juicy Stampers team meeting on Thursday. Want it? I created it as a Hostess Gift to present at an in-home workshop. Let me know if you'd love one and I'll make one just for you as your Hostess Gift!

Join us at our next meeting on September 22nd @ 8pm. Email me for more information!

My Juicy Stampers can tell you it went together in a snap and was lots of fun to make. I used Big Shot Adhesive sheets to adhere the pretty polkadot Mocha Morning Specialty Paper to some Very Vanilla card stock, adding strength to the body of the purse.

A jumbo brad adds just the right touch to the flower on the pocket of the purse, which holds a special mini card just for my hostess. The pocket has a velcro closure, so it can be opened again and again.

The hostess will receive two each of these cute cards that are so easy to create!

Stamp the images first, then use a temple that is 3/4" smaller than your card base (3.75" x 4.75") to trace the rectangle in a matching Stampin' Write Marker onto your card base.

Vanilla matted on Vanilla looks so classy when it's popped up using Stampin' Dimensionals. Want to know how I got that adorable little bow? Check back tomorrow for my video tutorial on Fork Bows with Technique Tuesday.
