Fastest Luminary Ever!

Tomorrow the Stampin' Holiday Mini catalog goes live. Here's a taste of what's to come...

This luminary goes together in about 5 minutes. It's so easy! I used my Big Shot (item#113439) and my Fancy Favor Die (item#115965) to make the bag out of Basic Black 12x12" card stock (item#119922). Next I punched a hole out of the front and back using my new 2 3/8" Scallop Circle Punch (item#118874).

Next I ran some Snail adhesive around the scallop circle on the inside of the bag and attached the new 1/2" Lace Trim (item#120988) from the Holiday Mini. I cut two 3x3" pieces of vellum and adhered them to the inside of the bag using my Snail adhesive.

Finally I attached a spider from the Spooky Things Decor Elements (item#120909) in the Holiday Mini to the inside on one side, and a couple bats made with the Bitty Bat punch (item#119279) on the other side. Look for more projects using the Spooky Things Decor Elements coming soon!

Add a battery powered tea light (available at craft stores, Target, Walmart) and you're done!

I have so many cute and spooky Halloween ideas to share - host a workshop and you can make some for your home too!

  3. Thanks Jennifer! I was debating whether to make it at class. Still haven't decided.

Kim - awww, you're too sweet! I thought the one from Convention just required too much cutting, and me loves my Big Shot!
