It "Owl" Matches

I love the idea of coordinating gift wrap, cards, envelopes, tags, etc. I recently attended a baby shower and got a fun chance to try out some ideas that I had been floating around.

The inspiration/one of the gifts:

Here's the card front with a punch art owl. I learned the technique from this awesome video tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-3bTmwkNOuQ.

Here's the card inside with the owl stamp from the "It's the Thought" Hostess Set in the current Summer Mini Catalog.

And here is how I wrapped the present.

I made the onesie using circle punches for the punch art and the owl from the "Forest Friends" set (item#113748). My mat pack and paper piercer (items#105826 & #116631) along with a Stampin' Write marker helped to create the faux stitching along the sleeves. Three eyelets along the bottom were attached with my Crop-A-Dile (item#108362) to represent snaps. I adhered the paper onesie to some retiring Close to Cocoa pattern paper and wrapped it around the onesie along with a matching tag.

Some Scotch tape and Costco wrapping paper held it all together.
